TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Mobile roadside tire service 

Services are performed at the location provided by the customer, subject to safety, weather conditions, and accessibility. 

 

3. Service Location Requirements 

The customer must ensure: 

  • The vehicle is located in a safe, legal, and accessible location. 

  • There is adequate working space for technicians. 

  • The ground surface is stable and level. 

  • The vehicle is able to be safely lifted using professional equipment. 

936 Mobile Tire Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the work environment is deemed unsafe. 

 

4. Vehicle Condition & Safety Compliance 

All vehicles serviced must comply with safety regulations, including those established by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario. 

936 Mobile Tire Services reserves the right to refuse installation or service if tires or components are unsafe. 

Examples include but are not limited to: 

  • Tires below legal tread depth 

  • Structural tire damage 

  • Improper tire size 

  • Cracked or bent wheels 

  • Unsafe or damaged studs, bolts, or lug nuts 

Technicians may refuse service if installation could create a safety risk for the customer or technician. 

 

5. Deposits and Payment Policy 

Deposits may be required to secure an appointment. 

Deposits are non-refundable if: 

  • Tires or wheels provided by the customer do not meet safety standards. 

  • Tires are unsafe for installation. 

  • Incorrect tire or vehicle information was provided by the customer. 

  • The service cannot be completed due to unsafe vehicle conditions. 

Remaining balances must be paid upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. 

 

6. Wheel Torque & Re-Torque Recommendation 

All wheel nuts are tightened using professional torque tools to manufacturer specifications. 

However, 936 Mobile Tire Services strongly advises that customers have their wheel nuts re-torqued after driving approximately 80–100 km (50–60 miles). 

Failure to perform a re-torque check may result in: 

  • Wheel loosening 

  • Damage to the wheel or studs 

  • Safety hazards 

936 Mobile Tire Services is not responsible for damages or incidents resulting from failure to follow this re-torque recommendation. 

 

7. Customer Liability Waiver 

By booking services with 936 Mobile Tire Services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: 

  1. The customer authorizes technicians to perform tire-related services on their vehicle. 

  1. The customer confirms that the tires, wheels, and components provided are suitable for installation unless otherwise stated. 

  1. The customer understands that mobile tire service involves working on vehicles outside of a controlled shop environment. 

The customer agrees to release and hold harmless 936 Mobile Tire Services, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability for: 

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage 

  • Damage caused by defective or unsafe tires supplied by the customer 

  • Mechanical failures unrelated to the service performed 

  • Damage resulting from improper or previously damaged wheel studs, bolts, or lug nuts 

  • Incidents occurring after the vehicle has been returned to the customer 

Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service provided. 

 

8. Contractor and Employee Protection 

All technicians performing services on behalf of 936 Mobile Tire Services may be employees or independent contractors. 

Customers agree not to pursue personal claims against individual technicians for actions performed within the scope of their duties. 

Any disputes must be directed solely toward the company. 

 

9. Weather and Service Delay Policy 

Because services are performed outdoors, weather conditions may impact the ability to safely perform work. 

936 Mobile Tire Services reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to: 

  • Heavy snowfall 

  • Ice storms 

  • Severe rain 

  • Extreme cold or heat 

  • Lightning or severe storms 

If weather conditions prevent safe service: 

  • The appointment will be rescheduled at the next available time, or 

  • The customer may request a future appointment credit. 

936 Mobile Tire Services is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or road conditions. 

 

10. Cancellations and No-Shows 

Customers may reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. 

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in: 

  • Loss of deposit 

  • Cancellation fees 

 

11. Customer Responsibilities 

Customers are responsible for: 

  • Providing accurate vehicle and tire information 

  • Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the appointment time 

  • Informing technicians of known mechanical issues 

Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or refusal of service. 

 

12. Changes to Terms 

936 Mobile Tire Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

Updated terms will be posted on 936mobile.com. 

 

13. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
